Please note:

  • A reservation is neither confirmed nor guaranteed until the 50% reservation deposit has been received.
  • Please note that there is a 2% charge on all card payments with the exception of debit cards for which no charge is made.
  • A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking with the balance payable no later than seven days before the commencement of your stay. For reservations made later than 14 days before the commencement of your stay, rental payment for the full duration of your stay is required.
  • There is a Security Deposit of £200·00 for the two bedroom apartments and £100·00 for the studio rooms, which is normally refunded within 7 days of the guest’s departure, less any damage costs. Normal wear and tear is not charged for.
  • The minimum charge of stay is 2 days however, this minimum is subject to conditions and dependant on the season. Please check before making a reservation.
